Upfor returns to Untitled, Miami Beach in 2018 to present work by Ben Buswell and Kelley Johnson. Johnson’s work is geometric and vibrant, suggestive of built environments, and Buswell’s chromatically restrained work is rooted in nature (water, sand, stone), both employ planes, physical space and use materials in unconventional ways.
Galerie Magazine writes, “Untitled has some cool special projects this year. Miami-based Kelley Johnson created the brightly colored listening room that is ‘hosting’ the new Untitled podcast series. (He also has related sculptures on view in the booth of Portland, Oregon’s Upfor gallery.)”
